  • What is the retail value of the products inside the Stressed Out Mamas subscription box?

    Monthly subscription boxes that you receive will have 4-7 full sized products in each box and have a value of $200.00 worth of product.

  • Are you interested in becoming a vendor

  • When can I get my hands on one of your specialty boxes?

    These specialty gift boxes are one-time boxes (no subscription) released on special occasions such as Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Elf helper box and moreThese boxes are NOT a part or included in your monthly subscription.

  • How does the subscription work?

    All boxes ship the last Friday of the month and arrive the first week of the following month (depending on Canada post shipping)

    .● If you subscribe in June, your box will ship at the end of June and you’ll receive it the first week of July.

  • Do I need to be a mom to subscribe?

    No, our subscription boxes are designed to help mothers unbox and unwind along their journey throughout motherhood but let’s be honest everyone deserves an opportunity to relax, recharge, & reconnect.

  • How Often/when will I be billed for my subscription box?

    Monthly subscription: the date you placed the order will be the recurring payment date for the following months. 
    3 month subscription: you will be billed once every 90 days.
    Yearly: you will be charged once a year on the date you signed up

  • Can I purchase a subscription without it auto renewing?

    Yes, you can on all of our subscriptions there is a button that says “ Buy now” this is a great way to test out if you enjoy the subscription as a one Month, 3 months up front or a year upfront. The buy now option does not automatically renew.

  • What If I received a damaged item?

    Complimentary replacement are provided if your product arrives damaged or defective. Please email us at moc.liamg%40samamtuodesserts and attach a required photo evidence of any damaged/defective within 14 days of receipt of the box.
    Please ensure you send us a photo of
    - The outside condition of box upon arrival
    - The damaged item showing evidence damaged/leaking
    - A picture of the inside of box you received
    Our team will ship you a replacement for damaged items ASAP after receiving these photos. We are unable to process a replacement without these photos. You may be required to send damaged product back to prosses claim. We will provide free shipping label if this is the case.

  • How do I go about cancelling my subscription?

    We ask that you cancel before the 20th of the month. Welcome to email moc.liamg%40samamtuodessertS

  • What if I subscribe and cancel right away ?

    Once you subscribe, your method of payment is immediately charged. If you cancel right away, this will only ensure that your subscription will not renew, but you will still receive a box. If you cancel because you have changed your mind and wish to be refunded and not receive a box, you must email use within 48 hours at moc.liamg%40samamtuodesserts and a request a refund via email must be manually processed. Refund will be provided if you email us directly requesting a refund for you order or renewal within 48 hours.
