  • Will I still get my next box?

    Yes, our last box will be our June (Summer) box which will go out in end of June .

  • I have a pre-paid subscription; will I get a refund for my outstanding boxes?

    You will have two options.

    Refund : now this refund may take a couple months to pay off but will be paid in full by SEPTEMBER 2023

    A store credit ; can be issued to a subscriber with outstanding boxes after the Summer (june) box. An email will come directly to current bi-annual and annual subscribers with more information shortly. We appreciate your patience as we work to get these reviewed and processed.

  • I have a subscription set to renew July 1, what will happen?

    If you have a monthly, quarterly or annual subscription set to renew in the month of June, then your subscription will automatically convert to a seasonal one-time charge so that you still get the Summer box. If you do not wish to get a Summer box – you can visit your account and cancel your subscription before June 29th . All subscriptions will cancel at the end of July. No action will be required.

  • How will store credit be issued?

    Two options :
    Option a) A unique coupon code will be emailed to you in the next 30 days. This credit can be used on any non-subscription products in our store (not including shipping or taxes). Credits may be used while supplies last.
    Option b) record will be kept and when the launch of the seasonal subscription happened you credit can be used towards that purchase.

  • How can you support us during this transition?

    We still have lots of inventory on our website to sell! We ask that you please consider making a purchase to help us sell the remaining stock we have of incredible products and giftware.
    Share the news! Put our name out there and let people know about the incredible gift options we have available from Canadian makers.

  • How does this impact monthly book subscriptions?

    Our last box of the month will be in June. Subscriptions will renew as usual June 1 and box will ship June 30th. All subscriptions will be cancelled at the end of June. No action will be required.

  • Can I cancel my subscription before July 1?

    Yes. Simply email me at moc.liamg%40samamtuodesserts before June 29th, and I will cancel your subscription for you.
